The guys offered me a beer while I waited and I quickly got a spot while they were cleaning up. V’dell was friendly, but clearly professional, and when I gave him the freedom to give me the right look, he did not disappoint. I’ve never had such a clean look, with crisp lines and perfect length.

Born in Nice on July 16th, 1966, François Payard is a third generation French Pastry Chef. He cultivated his passion for the art of pastry as a child in his grandfather’s acclaimed shop on the Riviera, Au Nid des Friandises. François grew up surrounded by the delicious classic French pastry in the tradition carried on by his parents and grandparents for over fifty years.

Sauce and Barrel is a wonderful treat in the financial district of Manhattan. The food here is superb and the service is impeccable. A convenient location to the World Trade Center, Sauce and barrel is a restaurant with good prices and excellent pizza. If you ever decide to visit this restaurant, I recommend to try the fresh mozzarella, it’s basically a mozzarella stick, but in the form of a cube.

I would also like to let you all know that, Tasty Mo:Mo: is not only a venture to represent Nepalese foods, it also has an initiative to feed children back in Nepal through “Food for Education” trust. Food for Education is a non-governmental organization that does social work for school children so that they can go to school instead of working for food. A dollar for every plate of momos sold will be donated to Food for Education.
